well if its a good quality cage made here in the usa i would say that its ok, but with all the concerns with lead and other contaminates coming in from china and mexico i would be concerned, i would go buy a home test kit for lead and other toxins and test the outside and inside of the cage all it takes is a swab, and if it comes up positive i would go to a quality petstore and talk to a trained associate like petsmart or petco, but i absoloutly would not trust walmart since the majority of theire products are imported.
