What makes the Northwest Territories so beautiful having been to Inuvik, which is only a thin slice of the territories, is that it seems as pure as you might see in our time what life was like in the days before European exploration.
Sadly, climate change is making this not true anymore I would think. Do Canadians who have been to the territories get a sense that they are getting to see what is left of what was once forest-covered Ontario all the way to BC?
