is the motorola Q 9E available for someone with centennial wireless cell phone service?

i was thinking about getting a new phone. and i found one i really like. the motorola Q9E but i am not sure if its available or compatible with centennial wireless cell phone service.. If it says unlocked does that mean it can go with any service?
