is the Motorola Droid easy to use for business?

I have used the Blackberry in the past for business. It's ok, but I'd like more and the ability to use Android Apps.

I currently use email (work & personal), calandar functions, text, and facebook on the Blackberry. I'm not sure how good the Droid will be in sync work email and calandar functions. Any advice?
