Is the M-Audio EX-P Expression Pedal compatible with guitar multi-effects processors?

Specifically the Digitech RP 70 Pedal.. It doesn't have built-in expression pedal. I want to know if the EX-P is compatible for controlling the wah effect for the RP. Thanks :)
