Is The LG enV 3 or The LG enV touch a better phone?

i am getting a new phone from verizon soon, and i don't know which phone to get. I was thinking either the LG enV touch or the LG enV 3. Do you know which phone i should get our of these two? Or if there is any other phone that you would recommend? Thanks!
