On saturday I received a summons about a credit card debt. On monday June 30, 2008 I filed my answer with the court and was told by the court clerk to deliver a copy Patenaude & Felix (Las Vegas)which I did. The recepsionist at P & F said she coud not stamp or give me anything that said I had delivered it to them. Is this normal? Are these people bottom feeders of the Bill collectors? As a side note, she sits behind bullet proof glass.
