is the KHE Militant FF a good flatland bike ?

ive been riding flatland with my hoffman but its heavy and isnt a proper flatland i was looking to buy a KHE Militant FF as it was cheap and the only one in my contry. i dont mind going to look abroad but if its a good bike , it would be much easier to get
