Is the Ipod Touch or IPhone worth my money?

I have a first generation iPod Nano [4 GB]. It's sufficient for my music but I kind of wish I had WiFi & Video in it. I'm a big sucker for touchscreens & Internet.

Should I get one of the new iPhone or iPod Touch? I'm thinking about waiting it out until new features are added.
 
If you have a GSM carrier go with the iPhone. You can unlock the iPhone with ZiPhone for free and install hundreds of applications. You will truly fall in love with the device. There isnt one day that I dont put the phone to full use. I also bought the iTouch 16 gb before the iPhone. Both device is handy. The large screen display for movies and the battery life is indescribable. iPhone has a third party software that allows you to get $5.99 T-Mobile internet package with unlimited data. Good luck on your desition, but when it comes down to getting one... worth every penny. (Try considering Apple Certified Refurbish, they are great with the Apple care plan, products never failed me in the past 8 years.)
