So I applied to Sephora, but I'll be working graveyard shifts because I'll be replenishing the stock at Sephora. I've read that if you apply as a sales associate on the floor they do group interviews, and then one on one interviews. Does anyone know if this is the same for the recovery night staff? It's been a while since I had a job interview and would like to prepare as best as I can. If anyone has any experience working as a recovery team associate at Sephora or has any tips please do share.
