based on biology? Life and knowledge is very much dependent on having at least one of the five senses: touch, taste, sight, smell and sound. These abilities extinguish with death so how then can an afterlife be experienced?
With an absence of all of the five senses, there is no way of knowing whether you are dead or alive. All of these senses can be explained physically, through your eyes, ears, skin, nose, tongue, and ultimately your brain.
There is no evidence for the existence of a soul. Where's the soul, what's the soul, what does it look like, where did it come from...?
