Is the house from Good luck Charlie the house from Phil of the future?

I was really taking a good luck at the outside picture of the house from Good luck Charlie and I thought that it looked EXACTLY like the house they showed in Phil of the future (the outside of it). Does anyone else think this too or is it just me?????
 
Yes! Omg I'm watching good luck Charlie and I was like I have to look this up!
