you have to find folks in that area and ask them. Go to craigslist.com and look for available rentals for that area, especially those offering a share rental. Email these folks for info; they will likely be more honest than agents just trying to make a sale. You could also browse property in that area at zillow.com. Both craigslist and zillow are free and easy to use (i've used both), and no, i am not an employee of either site. Good luck.
