Is the heads off a 350 big block Chevy compatible with a Cadillac 500?

My brother has a 75' Chevrolet Cheyenne that he put a 350 in. A couple of days ago he noticed that the block had busted through a oil port and water jacket. He has since found a Cadillac 500 and is wondering if maybe he could use the non damaged parts off his 350 to rebuild it.
I figured as much he swore it was big block though.
