Is the Family Guy episodes for cell phones Legit?

I have a cell phone. I need to know if I get that Family Guy episode thing you text in for, do they spam you and is it legit? Like, you actually get 100 episodes and you don't have to pay. I have a prepaid phone plan so any texts is free, but I don't know.
