Is the email application on the T-Mobile Highlight 'free'?

is this application 'free' if i have an unlimited text plan?
"free" as in i dont have to pay any extra money since i have an unlimited texting plan with the HIghlight. will the email application count towards the unlimited texting or do i have to pay more money to use it?
 
honestly idn what your saying but most likey and you have a umlimited text plan so why would they charge you more ?
