Is the economy and the War in Afghanistan going to insure a GOP loss this Fall?

The economy IS improving...and we are on the verge of a decisive victory in Afghanistan. Two things the GOP and the irrelevant YA Cons cannot stop.

So how long until the GOP realizes that they have to get something done in Congress to look like their effective?
