Is the Earth going through a Cycle?

Is the Earth going through a cycle with Tornadoes? The United States has been impacted with tornadoes over many states and i'm starting to think the Earth is going through a cycle. Floods are even happening in Tennessee which is odd. What's going on?
Is it okay to have over 600 tornadoes in one month???

Tornadoes in the Midwest and flooding along the Mississippi are not odd. It happens every year, sometimes more or less than any other year. And, this year it's more.

Every 4 years or so, we get really good weather. Then we get the opposite. At the moment, we are in the bad weather time period. Because of global warming, the cycles are getting worse and worse. So it's pretty normal for this to happen.
