Personally... I don't use E10. It smells odd.. and the fumes of ethanol have been known to increase the chances of cancer. However, it is a cheaper alternative and burns cleaner.
It would be fine to use in a 94 - 96 toyota corolla. Not better than normal unleaded, but still alright. It wouldn't cause damage to your car.
