Is the Chrysler building air conditioned?

I can't imagine being in something that tall and crowded without air conditioning, especially in the summer. I don't see how it could be air conditioned though. It was built in the 20s, before a/c and its design looks like it would make it impossible to retrofit an ac unit. Does anyone know?
 
No it's not. Imagine all those men in suit jackets, brings new meaning to "Funky Town"
It appears that they did think of that though, every floor has showers on them!
Thank goodness, huh! ;-)
