Is the Army reducing criminal waivers right now?

No and no.

Yes - felony waiver are eliminated right now. Most misdemeanors are eliminated as well. Depending on the nature of your charges, you should speak with an Army recruiter and an Army Guard recruiter and hope for the best.

If the economy recovers and recruiting dips again, then yes, waiver will be looked at more again. I would not expect this to happen any time soon.
