Hi,
I got laid off on Dec 19th 2008 and found new job later. But new employer doesn't give insurance coverage. And i now want to use CORBA. As everyone know it's way too expensive. I got to know about 65% discount by the Recovery Act passed by Pres. Obama.
I want to know is this only for American Citizens or Permanent Residents?
I am not a citizen or do i have green card. I want to know whether i am eligible for this?
