what years in the 50's did ford change the body? my dad loves the 55 but was born in 53, i found several 53's with the same body but also a few that look like the 51's. was there a mid year swap?
I think the whole shootin match was retooled for the 53 models. 53's thru 56's look a lot alike. They were retooled again for the 57 thru 59 years , and again for 60 thru 63 , again for 64 thru 66 and on and on and on.
