Is thare is any option to write the exam B.F.A(painting)in october or november?

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) (Fine Arts / Applied Arts),
Government College of Arts and Crafts,egmore,
Chennai.i missed to pay the fees for april exam.is thare is any option to pay the fees now.i dont know the options for that.pls kindly help me for that.pls send me the phone numbers for reffering about exams.
