If you consumed it wet it would be very toxic, but dry I've no idea. You'd have to check with the manufacturer. You'd be safe with acrylic however, depending on the pigments used to colour it. It could vary from colour to color... I think you'd be best giving the company a call and checking with tech support. They are generally VERY good on such issues as it protects them from lawsuits.
