I don't know about how they treat their employees but my shopping experiences have been better at Target than at Wal-Mart even when I worked there. I shop at Target now instead of Wal-Mart and I have to drive 40 min to get to Target where as Wal-Mart is just 5 min away. I don't want to sound bad but Wal-Marts products are garbage anymore. They say they have great products at a great price, but in actuality they have great prices but the products are junk. Target has better quality products for just as good a price as Wal-Mart.
