Is tampax perl ok to use during cheerleading?

I'd recommend Playtex sport but you can try them both to see which you like best.

Hey, I'm a cheerleader and I personally use playtex sport! If you are worried about leaks, back it up with a pantyliner! We wear tight bloomers under our skirts so it won't get moved around. And lot's of girls wear spandex over there undies when wearing pads also, so it won't move around, especially if it's practice!

tampax perl is more like when your taking it easy, so use the Playtex sport, that when your either working out or being active, like cheerleading. That's active, so what do you think you should use?
