Is T-Mobile web'n'walk for T-Mobile only?

I own a Nokia 6300 and when I was on T-Mobile I always used T-Mobiles web'n'walk internet browser. I'm quite fond of it now.

I've moved networks now (to giffgaff which uses O2's network), and I'm wondering, will I still be able to use web'n'walk with giffgaff's internet?

Or can web'n'walk only be used by T-Mobile customers and T-Mobile internet?
