Is T-Mobile going to come up with a new Sidekick model anytime soon? -_-?

I'm going to purchase a Sidekick 2009 LX and was wondering if the 2010 model will come any time soon. I just don't want to buy the phone and have the 2010 new version come out. Also with those of you who have a Sidekick LX do you like it? From 1-10, 10 being the BEST how would you rate your Sidekick Lx, and why? THANKS! =)
 
First: No word on any 2010 model Sidekick from T-Mo.
Second, I had a Sidekick LX 2009 and kept having problems with it. I switched to a HTC Touch Pro 2. I was much happier!
(With the phone and the service)
