@3TREE - yeh, the level of debt in the US is insane. You're correct to call it slavery imho.
@Marcus - I feel Conservatism can be a factor in progress, but definitely NOT the way it is practised in the US
@Uncle Remus - Very interesting and you covered a lot of points that I both agree and disagree with, but wouldn't you say environmentalism (practised properly) could be a positive agent of progress?
