A stem cell merely IS, no morality associated with it. Now if you actually mean stem cell research, there are various types. The only one in question of "morality" is embryonic stem cell research since the embryos in question could have, might have been one day a living person. Fact is, most embryos used in embryonic stem cell research would have been destroyed anyway by their rightful "owners" -- the man and woman who created them. Thus, why have them go to waste? Isn't that a worse moral question than to utilize them in a way that could potentially cure chronic and/or terminal illnesses??
