okay so i wanna lose some weight. im 14 5'4. and 126 pounds. im not fat, but for some reason im just heavy. i have decided to start eating better and get my body in the best shape i can. i tried going walking, and jogging but for me those things are too time consuming. so i was thinking why not get an exercise bike?
i think it might be better because maybe while im on the bike i could do some of my homework. or even if i cant do that. i could get off, do what i need to do and then get back on. i just think it might be a better decision. i know one way to get in shape is cardiovascular exercise, right? and that's getting to heart pumping. so i was just wondering if any of this i have been saying is accurate.
any tips on losing the weight i want to?
also, any tips on how to lose love handles? would this stability exercise bike help with those at all?
