is sprints version of the iphone as good as the actual iphone?

i want an iphone because it is practical with things i do but i have sprint so i was just wondering if there version of the iphone is as good as the actual iphone and if iphone aps and itunes work with sprints version of it.
the phone isnt an iphone it is like a knock off. its called the ZTE Peel
