So im sure youve ran into this situation hundreds of times. somebody complaining about their bill and wants legal recourse. well my situation is diff (at least i hope so. lol.) I work in att cst care so im on the receiving end of bill complaints so again im not here lightly. i know what the spending limit program is when they charge 5$ per line, and not per accnt like some ppl think. they do that because you have bad credit. i started my accnt back in 2001 when i was just 18 (my mom actually started it w/out me knowing or being there cuz she wanted to surprise me with a phone.) im 18! of course i have bad credit!! now this fee started at beginning of 2010 i think. i never received a letter i just saw it on my bill so i called escc to get it removed obviously didnt work. for the last 2yrs ive just been griping about it but im pissed. this has to be some kind of illegal actrion. bait and switch, breach of contract something! this fee started after i started my accnt. i havent upgraded since 1yr before the fee started so i havent agreed to any newer revised contract agreement. i want to take them to small claims court or sue something. i just want to know if i have any legal standing to do this. i saw in other posts that huge companies can just change the contract like nothing. do i have any legal standing to sue them or small courts for at least a refund for chaning their agreement like nothing. i mean they charging 5$(10 for both lines) just because i had bad credit 9 yrs ago.
