IS SPRINT REALLY THE BEST DATA PROVIDER FOR YOUR BUCK?

I want to know what is the best family data plan service provider out now. I was doing research on what provider is better and I figured Sprint. But some Sprint customers have complained about being charged data fees when they have eveything data. Can they do that when they pay do a data plan?
