Ok guys I have grade 1 spondylothesis and the MRI has shown that there is no trauma. When I first got the Xray at my chiropractor he said you have Spondylothesis grade 1 he was suprised that i wasnt in that much pain as someone who has it should so he thought i was born with it. So then i took a MRI for my orthopedist to confirm if i was born with it and what else is wrong.
The MRI proved that i was born with this since i was a child. My Orthopedist said its stable. If i was born with this does that mean its stable? I want to go back to lifting and i already did starting off light but im going to continue.
I still dont feel 100 percent cause i think i strained my spondylothesis how long would this take to heal 100 percent as before? Ive strained this about a month ago.
