So I have never been a person who enjoys alot of physical activity and it never really bothered me. In all my PE classes I always struggled and if I was forced to run, I would get tired after 1 minute, literally. Pushing myself to keep going would only make me overheat, start sweating (alot), give me cramps, and worst of all I wouldn't be able to breathe. I just started trying to work out recently and am still having the same problems. I know that I have slight asthma but I've pretty much grown out of it. I also have problems with any other kind of physical activity too.
I am not overweight and I dont appear to be out of shape at all. I am 100 pounds and I just want to tone up and get rid of some extra fat on parts of my body. help!
My BMI is 18.8, .3 above what is considered underweight. And I have been drinking alot of water recently so I don't think I'm dehydrated either.
