Is something wrong today with fanfiction.net?

I keep updating a story of mine. The chapter works fine for an hour, and then I get this message every time I try to access it:
FanFiction.Net Message
Chapter not found. Please check to see you are not using an outdated url.
New chapter/story can take up to 15 minutes to show up.

This happened a few times, and I don't know why! It's very irritating !
