I had been receiving my benefits SSA for 3 years,and they sent me back in front of a judge to determine if I should still get my benifits from reported work I did 2 years ago.( had to work sick starving waiting on benefits)who favored partially in my favor. I received no notice that in December I would get no check ; I was told because they are doing a windfall development. I already went thew this prior to receiving my benefits. I should have been giving notice no christmas for my children not even a can of who hash.
There was no fraud committed;I always reported everything.
