I'm a snowboarder, and I want to find out if this is good for my exercise plan. I run weekdays, I snowboard Saturdays, and take a break Sundays. Is snowboarding a good sport if you're trying to lose some belly fat, get stronger, and have better endurance? Also, what muscles does it target?
I wish I could snowboard on Sundays, but I have no driver's license yet and I have to make time for homework. As soon as I turn 16 though, I'm snowboarding all weekend every weekend.
