I'm 13 and i skied for the first time today. I loved it so much it was so much fun! My instructor said i was doing really good and i got the hang of things quick. I rode the bunny slope and then two others that are a little steeper than that with more dips and turns and stuff. And i didn't fall once! I went as part of my school ski club and i want to do it more outside of school on trips with my family and stuff. So anyways i was wondering, is skiing a good excersise sport? Do you lose weight or gain muscles, and where?
