my employer told me if i took a PRN position i would have more hours. and she gave me a raise. since i took the position i haven't worked in 12 days!! i get paid by the hour. and i think she is trying to get me to quit. but haven't. i have been looking for other jobs. but i was wondering if this is illegal. i never signed any papers consenting to the PRN positions. she told me she just went and changed it in the computer. what should i do?
