is sex bad during pregnancy?

i am carrying twins at the moment and i am scared that sex may be harming my babys or ma be causing me difficulty in the future of having them.
so is sex during pregnancy harmfull for you and your children?
 
its alright to have sex during your pregnancy.. but make sure u maintain good perineal hygiene.. here are some tips:

after having sex with your husband, make sure to void immediately and wash and clean your area to prevent any infection that may harm your babies.

not at all unless you have been told otherwise by a doctor. like i had sex flat out through my pregnancy and then went into premature labour and had to avoid it then but the sex didnt cause it.
