i like females from the inside out, meaning personality 1st, looks 2nd. but i have been told that i dont have any sex appeal. i dont want a woman to be sexually attracted to me off the back because then i feel like she wants to just hook up and im not that type of girl. im still a virgin and im in my early 20s. anyway, i usually wear jeans/tshirt and occasionally a lowcut top. im not trying to be sexy, but this one girl told me thats why some females arent interested in pursuing anything further than friendship
 
I don't think so... it all really depends on what a person is attracted to. I'm attracted to confidence and even I'm really not attracted to looks. If someone is right for me it doesn't matter what they look like. I'm sure other people share this opinion. Try going to gay bars and stuff. Approach people and flirt with them. Then ask them out. The worst thing that can happen is they turn you down, but even so there are other fish in the sea.
