They eliminated half the contestants in the Top 24 on the first week and proceeded to the final rounds. Normally they eliminated 2 girls and 2 boys a week in the semi-finals until they reached a Top 12. Are they cutting back on budget or something and the judges are way too lenient, Randy is by far the most honest judge this season American Idol needs a terror judge like Simon Cowell.
