is samsung omnia 3G

i am unbelievably confused. tech support says the omnia is 3G. i read reviews that say it isnt. can someone straighten me out? i am migrating from a blackjack 1 from att. thanks.

Are you migrating to the Verizon Wireless Samsung Omnia? If so, it is completely 3G.

I have also been aware that all Samsung Omnias produced, anywhere, are also 3G.
