Is samsung Genio/Candy a Tmobile phone?

That's the link, is Samsung Genio Slide or also known as Samsung Candy a Tmobile phone?
I have internet on my phone but i have to adjust the settings, anyone know how i can do that?
if not i'd like to know if its a Tmobile phone so i can call them and ask them...

Actually i bought the phone, but not from the Tmobile store, I just dont know whether or not its a Tmobile phone
