Is S-Plan Pricing on the 2009 Mazda CX-9s the same as invoice? Are options included

at invoice as well? I know similar questions have been asked but I just wanted to double check and see if the policy has been changed.

Recently, I was given a S-plan quote that was higher than both the Edmund's invoice price and Edmund's "What Other People Are Paying" price. Could it be that Edmund's is incorrect?
