Is running and hiking making my varicose veins worse?

I have pain in my caf and cramping , i noticed recently some varicosis veins :( i work flight attendant , but i need to know if hiking will make it worse , i am going to climb kilimanjaro and i am scared to get worse while hiking , any suggestion
 
i don't think it should get worse from moving. if anything, moving around HELPS varicose veins. as a flight attendant i'm not surprised you have painful varicose veins, as being cramped up sitting down for long periods of time makes them hurt.
