Is running a 55 shot of nitrous on a 2008 Ford Mustang V6 safe?

i know that the stock engine can handle a 75 shot safely but that can be a liitle rough on the engine. I want the engine to last as long as possible with a performance boost so will a 55 shot keep the engine absolutely reliable?.
 
i would imagine if a 75 shot can be used... i just wouldnt use nitrous on a stock car because i know its not safe at all for the engine period. sorry i cant be much of help, im building up a sixer also and putting a eaton SC on it soon, just need to know what to get. but i persoanlly would pick nitrous over turbo or sc if you want it to last longer cause you can choose when to have the NOS on or off so its not constantly running your engine to hell
